WILLIAMSPORT — Barbara Sue (Crowder) Holliman, 66, Quitman, Ark., formerly of Williamsport, died at 2 a.m. Monday, Oct. 15, 2001 in the home of her daughter, Brenda Weidenburner in Crawfordsville. Death was sudden and unexpected. She had been here for the past three weeks visiting with her children. She was born Jan. 11, 1935 in Stringtown, Fountain County, the daughter of Walter Marvin and Eliza Woods Crowder. She married J. D. Holliman, an electrician, May 16, 1953 in Williamsport. He survives. She attended Williamsport schools. She lived in Williamsport most of her life and in Arkansas since 1986. She worked in the press room at Radio Materials Corp. in Attica for several years. She previously was a cook at the old Community Hospital in Williamsport and the nursing home in Covington. She was a member of the Goodloe Baptist Church in Quitman, Ark. and the Quitman Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Her hobbies were reading, games and crochet ing. Survivors, besides the husband, are: four sons, Walter (Michelle) Holliman, Veedersburg, Tim (Cindy) Holliman, Talbot, Jeff Holliman, Attica and Greg Holliman, Williamsport; three daughters, Brenda (Doug) Weidenburner, Crawfordsville, JoAnn Holliman (boyfriend Jerry Howard), Attica and Sherry (Randy) Regnier, Kabetogama, Minn., 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Marketa Holliman; and infant twin sons. Memorial services were at 1 p.m. Friday in Grady Funeral Home, Williamsport, with the Rev. Pat Kuhs officiating. Cremains will be interned at a later date in Coal Creek Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association. – jlr
